Welcome to Saints JFX Admissions!

Thank you for your interest in Saints JFX. Please complete our INQUIRY FORM through the red INQUIRE arrow above to share your contact information. Whether you are just learning about Saints JFX for the first time or you are certain you will submit an application, this is the first step in the admissions process and connects you to our team to schedule a visit, ask questions, and receive updates.

Get to know us at an upcoming Open House event! Families looking to relocate from out of town who may find an in-person visit difficult to accommodate are asked to schedule a call with our admissions team.

Applications for the 2025-2026 academic year open on November 1, 2024. Families who have completed the online inquiry form will be invited to establish an account and will be guided through the application and checklists indicating next steps. A one-time, non-refundable $350 per family application fee, birth certificate, baptismal certificate (for Catholic students only), a recent 2024-2025 report card (for grades K-8 only) and a complete 2023-2024 report card (for grades 1-8 only) are required. Students entering grades 4-8 are required to schedule a shadow day upon submission of their child’s application. At the start of the admissions cycle, families are encouraged to submit all materials by January 31st before spaces for the coming year are confirmed by current/returning school families. After this time, admission is offered to students where spaces may remain available, or families may be invited to join a waitlist.

Families of all faith backgrounds are invited to apply to Saints JFX. Priority is given to applicants according to the following criteria:

1. Siblings of current students who will register for the 2025-2026 year
2. Catholic students who are Saints JFX parishioners
3. Catholic children of Saints JFX (St. Francis and St. Joseph) alumni 
4. Catholic students from other parishes
5. Non-Catholic students

Notice of acceptance for the 2025-2026 academic year happens by email in the spring of 2025. Following the admissions deadline, applications continue to be accepted on a rolling basis pending availability. Families must confirm their intent to enroll by accepting their child’s offer of admission at saintsjfx.myschoolapp.com and then completing the online tuition contract within 2 weeks of acceptance. New families are required to make a non-refundable downpayment on tuition to secure their spot once a contract is submitted. Tuition Management plans may be established to accommodate one, two, four or ten annual installments with payments beginning July.
